By registering for this event, training or education, you (the participant) agree that your personal data will be processed for registration and fulfillment purposes and to send you information related to the event. All personal data will only be used in accordance with current EU data protection law (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the written consent of the participant, unless this is necessary for the implementation or handling of the event, training or education. The MPI Netherlands Foundation has concluded a processing agreement with the registration processor and the evaluation processor of your data in accordance with the guidelines of the AVG. After the event, your personal data will be destroyed by the evaluation processor and will not be kept by the registration processor for longer than the legal term indicates. During the events of the MPI Netherlands Foundation, photo and film material is made. These photos and videos can be shared on the social media channels and the website of Stichting MPI Nederland after the event.

By registering for this event, you authorize Stichting MPI Nederland to continue to inform you about our activities through our newsletter and invitations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter, partner mail and invitations via a link in the newsletter or in the invitation. We may provide a list of participants to the speaker or to a location. By default, we only pass on your first and last name and the company name. If you indicate dietary requirements when registering the event, we will pass these on to the location without stating your personal data. You will therefore have to announce yourself at the event that you have passed on a dietary requirement. If you do not submit the information listed as "mandatory", we will not be able to complete your registration. Payment for your participation in the event must be received by us at all times before the start of the event via the registration tool or via bank payment.

If you have to cancel your participation in the MPI event, you can send a message to info@mpiweb.nl up to 1 week before the start. You can then use your credit for a next event or you can provide us with the name of another participant. We do not refund payments. If canceled within 1 week before the start of the event, no refund will be given. You can provide us with the name of a substitute participant up to 48 hours before the start of the event.

With a free participation in one of our events, training or education, you will be counted on, in the event of cancellation within 72 hours before the start of the event, or in the event of a no-show at the event/training/education you will receive an invoice of 99, - euros excl. VAT. You can register a replacement up to 48 hours before the start of the event via info@mpiweb.nl
